Friday Fun Day............Not.

Don't call me Fat.
I’m 34 years old. I’m not a skinny girl. I wear a size 9-10. I got a big ass. I dead lift 245 and Overhead squat 130. I push jerk 130 and clean 125. I’m not fat. I’m just not bone skinny,  and you know what I’m Pretty Dam Happy. I hate Thrusters… let me say that again. I HATE THRUSTERS. like a lot. today’s Wod was really good but it was really taxing on my shoulders. I was pretty sore from yesterday. I did 1reps of OHS. Happy Anniversary
2 years ago this week (Jan 2010)  I started my journey that is Crossfit.  HAPPY ANNIVERSARY To Celebrate this amazing journey.
