My husband got home for his R&R last Sunday
and we have been non stop all week.
Monday was Bright and Early at the Box. it was the first time my husband got to see me run my class and see all my Awesome athletes. he even participated and I got to yell at him. that was FUN.

I’m 34 years old. I’m not a skinny girl. I wear a size 9-10. I got a big ass. I dead lift 245 and Overhead squat 130. I push jerk 130 and clean 125. I’m not fat.
