I passed the Deadlift series..!! I am all done. this means that I can teach our foundation class and not be graded. Our gym wants quality trainers and can I say that the Trainer development course that we go through is so worth it. I have learned so much on cues, technique, and being able to see a athletes fault if any. I know that every trainer should see things like this. but I feel like this program we go through will better in tune our trainer s to be better. 

with that being said, one of our founders of the box will be PCSing this week. (that means the Army is sending him to a new duty station) I am forever Thankful for our original founders Don Clarkson- current owner of Gladiatorivs cross fit in Bel Aire Maryland and Dave Taylor who will be leaving to be a PA at Ft Sam Houston San Antonio. 

Thanks Gentleman for your knowledge and the opportunity you have given me to be a better trainer and mentor.

So, tomorrow I am teaching the Deadlift series, during our Foundations Class. This is the last series I need to teach and then I am all done. I hope I pass.

UGH. This for me is the most difficult, the cues and techniques with every movement is a lot to teach in the amount of time we have. I have 5 minutes to teach each one.  
:yesterdays wod was: 
100x thrusters 65# 
every min on the min do 4 burpees
Time 16:34 + 64 burpees. 
Completed with Rosalinda.  
It sucked ass and since we are on the subject of asses, mine is uber SORE. 
So since my arse (yes arse) is so sore, I shall be on youtube and reading my Crossfit training guide to get ready for tomorrow.
